Todd A. Bozell is an accomplished funeral director and business owner with over two decades of experience in the funeral service industry. A native of Madison County, Indiana, Todd graduated from Frankton High School in 1993 and went on to pursue his education at Mid America College of Funeral Service.
Todd's professional career began at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, where he started working early in his career. In 1999, he expanded his expertise by managing a large funeral home firm in Anderson, where he worked for 20 years. His dedication and leadership ultimately led him to return to his roots in 2019, when he purchased Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, the very place where his journey began. Todd’s passion for providing compassionate and personalized funeral services continues to guide his work today.
A lifelong resident of Madison County, Todd has lived in three of the four communities in which he operates funeral homes. In 2024, the Bozell Family further expanded their presence in the region with the acquisition of three additional funeral homes in Anderson, Pendleton, and Wilkinson.
Todd is deeply involved in the community and is a member of several respected organizations, including the Lapel Lions Club, Fellowship Masonic Lodge #681, the Indiana Funeral Directors Association, the Indiana Funeral Education Foundation, Selected Independent Funeral Homes, the Madison County Funeral Directors Association, and the Scottish Rite.
Family is at the heart of Todd’s business and personal life. He works alongside his two sons, Noah and Luke, at the funeral home, and is married to his wife, Susan (Lawson) Bozell. Outside of his professional commitments, Todd enjoys playing golf, spending quality time with his family and friends, and actively serving his community.
