William E. “Bill” Turner

William “Bill” Edward Turner, 93, of Anderson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 18, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born to the late William H. Turner and Hester Brandenburg on March 20, 1929. He graduated from Anderson High School in 1947. Bill worked as a licensed Plumber for 25 years before working and retiring from Delco Remy in 1994. He spent his retirement years golfing, fishing, and enjoying his grandchildren.
Bill is survived by his loving children, Steve (Diana) Turner of Ville Platte, LA, Brad (Penny) Turner of Anderson, IN, Chris (Diana) Turner of Davenport, FL, Tony (Mary) Turner of Fort Wayne, IN, and Dana Turner (Tom) of Sharpsville, IN; brother, Ray Turner; brother, Mike (Laurie) Turner; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Turner; daughter, Tracy Ann Turner; and sister Joyce Miller.
The visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, February 24, 2023 at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson 46013.
