William Chase Tomlinson

William Chase Tomlinson, 15, passed away on June 28, 2018 at St. Vincent Anderson Hospital. Chase was born on July 28, 2002 in Anderson. Chase loved life. He enjoyed writing and drawing, gaming, music, being outdoors, parkour, and building scooters, ATV’s, and go karts with his Dad. He is survived by his parents, Chase R. Tomlinson and Destiny (Joshua) Claspell; step father, Zachary Jones; step mother, Casey Thornberry; siblings, Skyra Tomlinson, Troy Farley, Justin Jones, Katelynn Jones; grandparents, Beverly Loverne, Chris Harper, Jim (Fran) Tomlinson, Jeanette (Keith) Stover, Mark (Eva) Van Osdol; great grandmother, Wilma Tucker; special friends, Nathan Ogburn and Alexis Snoddy; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and classmates. Chase was preceded in death by his uncle, Jacob Tomlinson, great grandparents, Bill and Ruth Goodson, and great grandfathers, James Peek and George Van Osdol. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at Brown Butz Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Services will be on Tuesday at 7:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Don Billey officiating. Cremation will take place. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family of Chase Tomlinson.
