William 'Bill' L. Barbee

William L."Bill" Barbee, 60, Anderson, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018.
He was born on November 10, 1958, in Noblesville to LeRoy and Delorice "Dee" (Durham) Barbee.
William was graduated from Lapel High School.
He was employed at O-I Brockway in Lapel for over 41 years.
William was a proud member of the N. R. A. and he had been very involved in 4-H himself and with his son. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and riding his Harley. He loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by a son, Josh; one granddaughter, Willow; his mother, Delorice "Dee" Barbee; a sister, Rhonda (Greg) Perkins; a brother, LeRoy "Bub" Barbee; and several nieces and nephews.
William was preceded in death by his father; two brothers, Rick and Rocky; and a sister-in-law, Beth.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, with Pastor Mark Aleshire officiating, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Foundation.
