Wanda M. Crumley

Wanda M. Crumley, 83, Pendleton, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at Rawlins House in Pendleton following an extended illness.
She was born on October 30, 1925, in Lapel, Indiana to Arnold and Margaret (Brandenburg) Moore.
She graduated from Lapel High School in 1944 and had attended Indiana Business College.
Wanda retired in 1980 from Delco Remy division of General Motors in Anderson after 32 years of employment.
She was a life member of the American Legion Auxilary, the 8 and 40, the W. I. V. E. S. Home Ec Club, and the U. A. W. local 662
She is survived by two children, Garry (wife, Shirley) Crumley of Indianapolis, and Rita Teeters of Pendleton; four grandchildren, Keith Crumley, Casey Crumley, and Benjamin Crumley of Indianapolis, and Brett Teeters of Pendleton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Walter Lewis Moore and Arnold Moore, Jr.; and a sister, Louise Turner.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, March 21, 2009, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Pastor Doug Barton officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, March 20, 2009, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
