Vera Pauline Wilsen

Vera Pauline Wilsen, 92, of Lapel, passed away Monday, February 14, 2022, at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville following a brief illness.

She was born on March 3, 1929, in Plattsmouth, Nebraska to Earl Clifford Bailey and Mae Ola (Taylor) Bailey.

Vera attended school in Nebraska. She retired as a custodian after several years.

Vera enjoyed spending time with her family and especially loved doing cross stitch. She also loved to collected angels.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Boeche of Lapel; son, Llyle (Lisa) Wilsen of New York; grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, Jenay, Taylor, Laurel, Jake, and Jenay; several, great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Vera was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Eugene Wilsen; son LeRoy Wilsen; and three sisters, Ruth, Bessie, and Doris.
Vera's wishes were to be cremated and there will be no public services at this time.

Hersberger-Bozell Funeral Home has been entrusted with Vera's services.
