Tim Brandon, 73, passed peacefully at Rawlin’s House in Pendleton on November 3, 2015. He was the son of the late Harold “Doc” Brandon and Mary Alice (McFarland) Brandon.
Tim was a lifelong resident of Anderson and a graduate of Anderson High School in 1960.
Tim was a well-respected business owner in the field of logging and exporter of quality hardwoods. He established his own company in 1966, T.R. Brandon Export Company. His passion for his work gave him many years of great adventures and the pleasure of meeting a diversity of new friends.
Surviving Tim is his wife Charlotte Athy , his niece Holly Mroz and close cousin Jennifer and her husband Cameron Fouts of Anderson who were always there in his time of need, among several cousins. Also a special thank you to his longtime friends Cliff Arellano of Anderson and Jim and Kathy Reeder of Eagle, Point OR; Julie Graham, Jack and Debby Shearer, Wendy Ritter, Debbie Lucas for their support during these difficult years.
Tim was a dog lover and leaves behind his Dobermans Tessa and Steiner. He would have requested a donation be made to The Animal Protection League of Anderson in his memory.
A celebration of Tim’s life will be held at a later date.
