Thomas John Watson

Thomas John Watson, 80, of Anderson, passed away on June 10, 2019 at his residence. He was born on August 6, 1938 in Anderson to the late John Thomas and Marie (Lakey) Watson. Tom retired from Anderson Community School Corporation as a carpenter after 37 years of service. He was a member of Bethany Christian Church and the Anderson Auxiliary Police. He enjoyed camping. He is survived by his wife, Terry (Albaugh) Watson of Anderson; several nieces and nephews; good friends, Bill Denny, Gary Gore, and two special young girls, Caitlyn and Emma Clarkstone. Tom was preceded in death by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Services will be on Friday at 10:00 am at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013 with Bob Bell officiating. Burial will be at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral and one hour prior to the service on Friday.
