Thomas Jack Mcmillan

Thomas Jack McMillan, 66, Cape Coral, FL, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2011, at Hope Hospice in Cape Coral following an extended illness.
He was born on August 4, 1944, in Lenior City, Tennessee to Ralph and Carrie (Scarbrough) McMillan.
He graduated from Lenior City High School.
Jack retired from O-I Brockway Glass in Lapel.
He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Cape Coral, FL and was formerly a member of the Lapel Eagles Aerie 4313
He is survived by three children, Teresa McMillan of Indianapolis, Lisa Gantz of Jacksonville, FL, and Tommy (wife, Sarah) McMillan of Lapel; six grandchildren, Drew, Timothy, Tyler, Kailee, Clayton, and Kaylyn; four brothers, Ronnie McMillan of Tennessee, Charlie (wife, Dottie) McMillan of Noblesville, Bob (wife, Betty) McMillan of Lapel, and Larry McMillan of Kentucky; one sister, Betty (husband, Wayne) Stamey of Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lucine A. "Lucy" (Wiley) McMillan; two brothers, Ralph and Bill McMillan; and a sister, Diane Johnson.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, February 4, 2011, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel. Burial will follow in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery, Anderson.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, February 3, 2011, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
