Thomas H. “Tom” Holloway, 92, of Anderson, passed away July 14, 2015 at Community Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born in New Castle on January 1, 1923, to the late Stephen and Ella (Richard) Holloway and has lived in Anderson most of his life. He graduated from Anderson High School and Ball State University.
Tom sold real estate and insurance for over 60 years in Anderson and was a member of the National Realtors Association, Indiana Association of Realtors, Anderson Board of Realtors, 70 year member of Mt. Moriah Masonic Lodge No. 77 and was a pilot and flew his ultralight into his 90’s.
He is survived by two nephews, Jerry (Sue) Holloway of Pendleton and Terry (Bonnie) Holloway of Mobile, AL; two nieces, Cheryl (Gary) Moon of Mobile, AL; and Linda (Jim) Holloway of Mobile, AL; four great nieces, Kristi Holloway, Lisa Holloway, Tammy Fries and April Booz; a great nephew, T.J. Holloway.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Milton Holloway; nephew, Ted Holloway and great niece, Cindi Holloway Eacret.
A Masonic Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory. Burial will be in Grovelawn Cemetery in Pendleton.
Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 Friday at the funeral home.
