Thomas P. Brandom

Thomas P. "Tom" Brandom, age 71, passed away on August 3, 2024 at Saxony Hospital.

Tom was born on March 14, 1953, to Tommy G. and Patricia Brandom.

Tom was an avid Golfer earning the title of Club Champion at Idlewold Country Club for two consecutive years. His passion for the sport and his competitive spirit were well known among his friends and family.

Tom graduated from Mt. Vernon High School and was a member of Pendleton AMVETS Post 26 and the Fortville American Legion Post 391.

He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Cara Brandom, his daughter, Kelli Powell (David), step-daughter, Wendi Lockridge, step-sons, Aaron Smith (Laura) and Ryan Smith (Vivian), grandchildren, Carson Powell and Owen Powell, and step-grandson, Luke Lockridge. Tom is also survived by his siblings, Diane Kellam (Gary), Kay Brandom and Julie Yancey (Gregg).

Tom was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Pendleton AMVETS, 939 South Broadway, Pendleton.

Tom will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
