Thelma L. Sutton

Thelma Louise Sutton, 96, of Anderson, passed away on February 6, 2023, at St. Vincent Anderson Hospital.  She was born on May 11, 1926, in Anderson to the late John and Thelma (Moore) Noble.

She was married to the love of her life William (Bill) D. Sutton for 70 years, where she will now be with him once again.  In her life, she was avid button collector.  Thelma was a seamstress and truly enjoyed sewing costumes for Ann Harmeson Dance School.  She even liked her weekly Wednesday outings that she would go on.

Thelma is survived by her two daughters, Lynda (John) Pauley and Jan (Don) Nicholas; grandsons, Brad (Julie) Lehr and William Lehr; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and step-great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; brother, George Noble, and granddaughter, Shelley Collins.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory.  Burial will be at Pleasant Walk Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made out to the Shrine Hospital
