Teresa J. Hudson

Teresa J. (Fry) Hudson, 44, Anderson, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at Saint John's Health System in Anderson following an extended illness. She was born on June 25, 1968, in Anderson, Indiana to Charles and Carolyn (Newby) Fry. She graduated from Lapel High School in 1986 and had been employed at the Anderson Herald Bulletin newspaper for nine years. She was a talented artist. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Gary Hudson; three children, Wesley James Hudson and Jacob Conner Hudson both at home and Gary Lee Hudson, Jr. of Indianapolis; three grandchildren; her mother, Janie Fry (husband, Charles) Rudolph of Anderson; one sister, Debbie Palmer of Indianapolis; two half-sisters, Kim (husband, Adam) Savage of Anderson and Cassandra Fry of Hartford City; her step-mother, Kay Fry of Anderson; and nine nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, December 8, 2012, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Rev. Timothy Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Saturday, December 8, 2012, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
