Susan Nicholson

Susan (Crosley) Nicholson, 71, passed away January 10, 2018 at Community Northview Care Center in Anderson. She was born May 20, 1946 in Anderson and was a Pendleton resident most of her life.Susan was a 1964 graduate of Pendleton High School and received her Associates Degree from Vincennes University. She was a member of Pendleton AMVETS Auxiliary.She retired from the Army Finance Center at Fort Benjamin Harrison in 2017 following 33 ½ years of service.Survivors include her children, Joseph C. (wife, Lori) Nicholson of Anderson, Sheila (husband, Mike) Dollens and Lynn Nicholson all of Pendleton; aunt, Jean Clark of Fortville; six grandchildren, Tori Melton, Richie Myrick, Jayme Dollens, Krystina Dollens, Rachel Smith and Tia Rose; and nine great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin E. and Clara E. (Burris) Crosley; son, Matt Nicholson; and siblings, Clifford Crosley, William Crosley and Connie Owen. .Cremation was chosen with a memorial service and burial at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, near Fortville at a later date at the convenience of the family.Arrangements entrusted to Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 E.
