Steven C. Schuyler

Steven C. “Charlie” Schuyler, 60, passed away peacefully January 27, 2018 at his residence. Steven was born June 17, 1957, the son of Harold Clarence and Marjorie Helen (Ratliff) Schuyler and was a lifelong Anderson Resident. He enjoyed watching ALL kinds of movies & t.v. shows. His most favorite were crime & murder investigation. He could always figure out who did what, with who, and how. In his younger days, he was known for Arm Wrestling & Shuffleboard. Steven won many arm wrestling tournaments. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He was always looking out for his brothers. Together they lived a life on the edge, but always looked out for each other. Survivors include 2 Children, Nicole (Aaron) Kapuscinski, Cynthia Anne Schuyler; 6 grandchildren, Dylan Schuyler, Izabella Cole, Khia (R.I.P. Jayson) Thornberry, Jared (Dude) Courtney, Colton (Rodney) Rigdon; 2 Brothers, William “Bill” Schuyler, Pete (Tressa) Schuyler; Nieces & Nephews, Missy (Patrick) Horn, Karen (Maria) Schuyler, Sonya Pinion, Bryeesha Scates, Eden Davidson, Keidan Johnson, Olivia Davidson, Kendrick Johnson, and many others adopted in; Extended Family, Darlene (Adams/Vernie) Powell, Kathy (Don Turney) Adams, Jana Chambers, Phil Sunderland, The Rigdon Family, Many more; Special Friends; Greg McFadden, Bart Carmack & Family, Many more friends, and a lot of broken hearts. He was preceded in death by his parents; Brother, Michael Schuyler; sister, Karen Sue Schuyler; Granddaughter, Terriana Schuyler-Weir (Cindy); and many friends. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 18, 2018 at Living Water Church with Pastor Tom Farling officiating.
