Stanely Alex Hull

Stanley Alex Hull, 82, Lapel, passed away Friday, August 23, 2013, at Community Hospital of Anderson following a sudden illness. He was born on October 9, 1930, in Celina, Tennessee to James and Ruby (Boles) Hull. He was a member of the Prairie Baptist Church in rural Noblesville. He is survived by two brothers, Charles (wife, Hattie) Hull of Lapel and Cordell (wife, Nina) Hull of Celina, TN; three sisters, Betty (husband, James) Tebbe of Tipton, and Jo (husband, Larry) Montgomery and Minnie Delph both of Lapel; a brother-in-law, Willis Netherton of Lapel; one uncle, Vester Boles of Indianapolis; an aunt, Helen Boles of Anderson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Elsie Hull and Rosie Netherton; and two brothers, Vainus and Dallas Hull. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, August 26, 2013, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Pastor Stephen Passmore officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday, August 25, 2013, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
