Sherry O. Mccrocklin

Sherry O. McCrocklin, 87, of Pendleton, Indiana passed away August 19, 2020 at Rawlins House in Pendleton with both of her sons at her side.She was born July 7, 1933 in Pendleton and was a lifelong resident.Sherry retired from Delco Remy in Anderson after 29 ½ years of service.She was a 1951 graduate of Pendleton High School and was a member of Markleville North Christian Church. Sherry especially enjoyed being involved in all her grandchildren’s activities.Survivors include her sons, Kirby (Alice) McCrocklin and Kevin (Jobie) McCrocklin all of Pendleton; grandchildren, Jason McCrocklin, Meghan McCrocklin, Hannah McCrocklin, Kyle McCrocklin, Aaron McCrocklin and Jamie McCrocklin; brother, Rick (Brenda) Ormes of Greenwood; four nieces and a nephew.She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold G. McCrocklin; parents, Ora and Veda (Graddy) Ormes; sister, JoAnn Vance; and grandchildren, Ryan McCrocklin and Pascha McCrocklin.Services at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, Pendleton with Linda Norville officiating. Burial will follow in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.Visitation from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Lahm Chapel, Pendleton.Memorial contributions suggested to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 9100 Purdue Rd., #203, Indianapolis, IN 46268 or North Christian Church, 32 N.
