Sherry L. Drummond

Sherry Lynne Drummond, 72, Noblesville, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019, at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville following an extended illness.She was born on August 8, 1946, in Fishers to Bob and Anna Maude (Landis) Muir.Sherry was graduated from the former Fishers High School and received three masters degree from Indiana University.She retired in 2010 from Elwood Community Schools.Sherry was an active member of the Fishers Alumni and also enjoyed attending plays and musicals and had served as the drama coach at Elwood High School. She liked to travel the United States and enjoyed water sports at Dale Hollow in her younger years.She is survived by one son, Brent (Molly); two grandchildren, Jake and Tyler; and two brothers, Ronnie (Sharon) and Shane (Jean) Muir.Sherry was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Jack.A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel with Rev. Larry Renihan officiating. Burial will follow in Carey Cemetery.Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at Scott E.
