Sharon Sue Patishall, age 83, passed away Friday, July 9, 2021. She was born on May 4, 1938 in Mishawaka, Indiana to the late Clyde and Audrey (Harpster) Miller. She is survived by her two children, Tim (Michelle) Patishall of Pendleton, Amy (Mark) Sizemore of Fishers; grandchildren, Lauren (Joe) Cook, Mitchell (Autumn) Patishall, Claire Patishall, Sydney Sizemore, Tanner Sizemore, and Chase Sizemore; great grandchildren, Charlotte Cook, Wade Cook, Brooks Patishall, and two on the way. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Patishall, her three brothers, and seven sisters. Her greatest joy in life was attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and dance performances. She had no competition as their #1 fan, always cheering loudly from the stands or the seats of the theatre. She could always be counted on to feed an army after a long day out on the boat at the lake or tell bedtime stories about Belle from Beauty and the Beast. During the holidays, her homemade pies were a crowd favorite that everyone made sure to save room for. Sharon was a strong, independent, and inspiring mother and grandma to her grandchildren. She was so very loved by all of her friends and family. We will never be able to thank her enough for creating such a beautiful and incredible family. Per Sharon’s wishes, cremation will take place. A small, intimate celebration of Sharon’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in Sharon’s name.
