Sandra Kay Spencer

Sandra Kay Spencer, 70, Anderson, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017, at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born on July 23, 1947, in Anderson to Richard and Norma (Haskell) Fox.
She retired from the former Brookside Corporation in McCordsville.
Sandra enjoyed fishing, camping, riding motorcycles and traveling.
She is survived by three sisters, Sue (husband, Red) Perkins of Anderson, Bonita (husband, Stephen) Partlow of Fortville, and Gina Savage of Lapel; one brother, Ronnie Fox of Georgia; a step-daughter, Aleta Rodrigues; three step-grandchildren, Chelsea, Olivia, and Jaden; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Fox and Norma Fox Smithers; her husband, Robert Spencer; and her step-father, Thomas Smithers.
Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
