S.B. Mcintyre

S.B. McIntyre, 91, of Anderson, passed away on March 7, 2021 at his residence. He was born on June 1, 1929 in Burkesville, Kentucky to the late William and Myrtie (Smith) McIntyre. S.B. was the Founder and Owner of B & B Jewelry which opened in 1955. He was a member of Eastview Church of the Nazarene, Fellowship Lodge, Madison County Shrine Club and the Scottish Rite. He is survived by his children, Steve (Jude) McIntyre of Daleville, Connie (Ed) Roberts of Anderson; six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren and three special nieces. S.B was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty (Stephens) McIntyre; son Bruce McIntyre; siblings, Guy, Thomas, Fred, Marvin, Kelsey, Rachel, LuLu and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Shelly, Marissa, Cassie and Heartland Hospice – Rachel, Kathy, Jeff and Tammie. Services will be held on Friday at 10:00 am at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013 with Pastor Mike Clark officiating. Burial will be at East Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home with a Masonic Service by the Anderson Masonic Fellowship Lodge. Due to COVID mandates, wearing of masks and social distancing will be required.
