Ruth Mabel Bennett

Ruth Mabel Bennett, 96, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Community Hospital, Anderson. She was born on March 26, 1921 in Watertown, Wisconsin to the late Benjamin and Viola (Hardke) Dams. She was a homemaker and attended Fifth Street United Methodist Church. Ruth is survived by her children, Judy (Roy) Clark of Plymouth Thomas (Jodi) Bennett of Anderson; sister, Sylvia Roedl; grandchildren, Brian (Dana) Clark, Julie (Chad Purciful) Bennett, Joshua (Lana) Clark, Andy Castor, Aaron (Kari) Castor, and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Talmage “Ted” Bennett. Services will be Thursday, at 2:00 pm at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson. Burial will be at Brookside Cemetery, Lapel. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
