Ruth M. Goff

Ruth M. (Real) Goff, 60, of Pendleton, passed away Sept 1, 2019 following a courageous two year battle with cancer.She was born August 14, 1959 in New Castle, Indiana and was a lifelong area resident.Ruth was employed at Neff Engineering, Indianapolis where she worked for 29 years. She was a 1977 graduate of Pendleton Heights High School. Ruth loved the Great Smoky Mountains, gardening, and her dogs. She enjoyed cross stitching.Survivors include her beloved husband, David C. Goff whom she married June 8, 1991; her parents, Larry and Jalna (Clark) Real of Markleville; sister, Jennifer (Jeff) Dunlap of Kempton; brother-in-law, Charles (Keira) Goff of Pendleton; niece and nephews, Jenessa Dunlap of Carmel; Eric Goff and Matthew Goff both of Pendleton; special friends, Susan Patton and Joseph Jackson; and special kidz, Nigel and Sissy.A celebration of life service will be held at 7 p.m., Saturday, September 7th at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 E. State St., Pendleton, Indiana 46064 with Bro. Lance Stevens officiating.Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m., Saturday, September 7th at Lahm Chapel.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Pendleton Emergency Ambulance.
