Ruth Althea Miller

Ruth Althea Miller, aged 91, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022, at Northview Health and Living in Anderson, Indiana. She was born on March 26, 1931, to Howard and Althea Spahr in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Ruth graduated from Wauwatosa High School in Wisconsin.
She was an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church for most of her adult life. She went on several mission trips and donated generously to missionaries to further the work of the Lord.
She traveled extensively throughout the world, but mainly Europe, frequently taking family members along.
She was a proud member and local chapter chaplain of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Colonial Dames. She volunteered many hours at the Park Ridge Hospital in North Carolina.
Ruth is survived by her children, Margaret (David) Deedon and Howard (Darlene) Walden; grandchildren, Curt (Jessica) Walden, Mathue Calkins, Carrie (Terry) Nennich, and Michelle (Scott) Miller; and great-grandchildren, Elissa, Tristen, TJ, Ethan, Alexis, Colin, Kayleigh, Austin and Lily.
Cremation will take place and private family services will be held at a later date. Burial of ashes will take place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
