Robert Michael "Mike" Wynn, 76, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 2, 2024, at his home. He was born on July 7, 1948, in Pennington Gap, Virginia.

Mike was the son of Olin C. Wynn and Lora (Parsons) Wynn and grew up with a thirst for knowledge that led him to graduate from Indiana University, where he earned multiple master's degrees. One master's degree in English and the other in Instructional Systems Technology. He dedicated many years of his life to serving at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Marion, Indiana, where he retired as the AV Specialist, leaving a lasting impact on his colleagues and the veterans he served. Also, for a period of time, he taught at the Indiana Deaf School and had taught himself how to sign.

Mike had many interests that brightened his life and the lives of those around him. He was an avid reader, always with a book in hand, and had a passion for music, movies, and art. He also enjoyed acting and brought joy to many with his performances. He was also a huge fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Indiana basketball.

Mike is survived by his cousins, Jim Denny, Jeff (Penny) Taylor, Deborah (Glen) Nelson, Greg Davis, Mark Davis, Tammy (Mark) Nelson, Roger Hall, Brenda Hall Stokes, and Theresa (Doug) Riley; He is also survived by special friends, Chessa Rae Johnson and Joe Lews.

Cremation rites have taken place by Bozell Funeral Homes, Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel, 515 East 53rd Street, Anderson, Indiana 46013.
