Robert “Bob” Lee Clendenen, 73, of Pendleton, passed away on October 29, 2021 at Community Hospital in Anderson. He was born on May 1, 1948 in Warsaw to Robert and Emma (Pavey) Clendenen.Robert retired from Central Indiana Western Railroad as a Railroad Engineer after 28 years of service. He enjoyed fishing and doing yardwork.He is survived by his wife, Marsa (Burris) Clendenen of Pendleton; children, Kimberly (Michael) Shirley of Lapel, Jason (Mindi) Clendenen, Christopher Clendenen, Casey Clendenen, and Grace Clendenen all of Pendleton; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; mother, Emma Ross; sister, Debbie (David) Schronce; nieces and nephews; special friends, Jim Lawyer, Mike Higginbotham; sister in law, Terri Weaver; numerous other friends and his special dog companions, Maggie and Sydney.Robert was preceded in death by his father, Robert Clendenen; sister, Linda Deleplane and grandmother, Lettie Miller.Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Wilson St. Pierre-Lahm Chapel Funeral Service & Crematory, 211 E. State St., Pendleton, Indiana 46064 with burial at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
