Robert "Bob" "Bob-Kat" Edward Humble, 65, of Ingalls passed away on January 31, 2025. He was born on August 24, 1959 to the late William "Bill" Arthur and Phyllis Maxine (Hasty) Humble. Bob married his loving wife, Caryl Jones, just a month ago, but the two have spent many years together. After graduating from high school, he began working as a concrete worker and worked for a number of people throughout the years. Bob was a gun enthusiast and had big dreams of participating in a big game hunt. He loved to ride motorcycles and even began the "Philly Ride" in honor of his mom, who also loved motorcycles. He was an avid sportsman and loved animals, but especially his dogs, Thurman and the late Bubba. Most importantly, Bob had a heart of gold and was extremely dedicated to his family. One of his biggest dreams in life was to have a family, and he was lucky enough to experience that before his death.
Bob will be dearly missed by his wife, Caryl; daughters, Amanda Wiley, Kristen Cook, and Jessica Duckworth; seven grandchildren; siblings, Rev. Barry (Dian) Humble, Jeff (Kristi) Humble, and Pam (Dr. Daniel) Bennett; his in-laws, Don and Mary Foster; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Blake Bennett.
A celebration of life for Bob will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 2 PM at Bozell Funeral Homes- Lahm Chapel, 211 E. State Street, Pendleton, IN 46064. A visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. Bob's services have been entrusted to Bozell Funeral Homes, Lahm Chapel, Pendleton, Indiana.
To Bob, our dreamer, we hope you finally made it to the Grand Canyon. We had big plans to watch the sunrise, in the bed of the pickup truck, and drink coffee together. You will be so dearly missed.
