Richard Mckay Gray

Richard McKay Gray, age 52, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, December 26, 2019. He was born October 28, 1967 in Anderson, the son of the late Jack and Beulah V. (Murphy) Gray. Richard worked various jobs in his life, mostly as a millwright. He loved hunting, fishing and music. He is survived by his daughters, Jessica Sweeney of Noblesville, Sarah Fleener of Alexandria and Madison Gray of Anderson; grandchildren, Kaydon Sweeney, Kimyah Sweeney, Noble Fleener, Paisley Rogers, Priscilla Rogers and Pyper Rogers; siblings, Randy Gray, Sandra (Tom) Malicoat, Rick (Susan) Gray, Lucinda (Ted) Lagas and Sherry (Pete Tanner) Gray; and a large extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert Gray. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with Richard’s final expenses.
