Richard "Dick" Lee Fitzherbert, 76, of Anderson passed away unexpectedly at his home on February 11, 2025. Dick was born on April 12, 1948, in Lewiston, Maine to the late Harold and Theresa (Ouellette) Fitzherbert. After graduating from high school and attending college, Dick decided to enlist in the United States Marine Corp and faithfully serve our country until his honorable discharge. He worked as a foreman for a construction company, but he also worked as the production manager for L.L. Bean. While living in Florida, Dick lived on the water and never missed a sunrise or sunset. He enjoyed fishing and taught his daughter how to properly clean a fish. He loved his '68 white Camaro convertible with orange pinstripes. Most importantly, Dick was kindhearted and generous and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Angel (fiance', Brian Wiles) Crouch; grandsons, Joshua Passwaiter and Robert Hale; former son-in-law, Raymond (partner in crime, JayLee Means) Crouch; and friend, Kenneth "Kevin" Harris.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation rites have been accorded. His Celebration of Life is pending.
Dick's services have been entrusted to Bozell Funeral Homes.
