Rheda Mae (Wilson) Nowlin, 73, of Anderson, after years of suffering went to her final resting place on March 2, 2021. She graduated from Pendleton High School and retired from Kroger. Rheda’s favorite saying is “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what each day brings”. Rheda loved her family and husband deeply. She loved life and enjoyed every moment with her family members. She always talked about her childhood with her sister and the mischief they would get into. She is survived by her husband, Douglas Nowlin; children, Kimberley Gaffney, Kevon (Kelli) Miller, Jeffrey (Tasha) Miller; grandchildren, Logan, Cameron, Reagan, Jaden, Courtney, Sean, Nathaniel; sister, Kathy (Tony) Matrulla; step son, Daniel Nowlin; step daughter, Ann Nowlin; step grandchildren, Jaidlyn Nowlin, Seanna Nowlin; brother in law, James (Dora) Nowlin and several nieces and nephews. Services were on Friday at 1:00 pm at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013 with Pastor Claude Creel officiating. Services were also streamed on Facebook. Burial was at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation was Friday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Due to Covid restrictions masks and social distancing will be required.
