Randy Mcdole

Randy McDole, 33, Lapel, passed away Friday, January 24, 2014, at his home following an extended illness. He was born on June 20, 1980, in Anderson, Indiana to Randall and Mary (Flick) McDole. He graduated from Lapel High School in 1999. Randy had been employed at the former Firestone Industrial Products in Noblesville as well as O-I Brockway in Lapel. He is survived by his wife of 5 years, Sarah E. (Gardzalla) McDole; two children, Madison McDole and Gabriel Davenport; his mother, Mary (Flick) McDole of Salsbury; his father, Rod (wife, Cindy) McDole of Lapel; two sisters, Jennifer (husband, Stephen) Horton and Shonda Jones both of Lapel; one brother, Aaron Jarvis of Anderson; two step-sisters, Tonya (husband, Jeff) Blankenship and Crystal (husband, Kyle) Jordan; one step-brother, James Murray (fiance, Katie Kvachoff); one sister-in-law, Meaghan Gizzarelli; seven nieces, Jasa, Hanna, Mara, Delaney, Adha, Sandy, and Cassie; and one nephew, Nathan. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 29, 2014, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Pastor Jeff Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 29, 2014, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, P. O. Box 427, Lapel, Indiana 46051-0427.
