Ralph Buddy Franklin

ANDERSON – Buddy Franklin (Ralph C. Franklin) , 59, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017 at his residence. He was born March 22, 1957 in Anderson, IN to William Earl Franklin and Peggy J (Franklin, Stone) Farrington. He was a member of Labor Union Local 120. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed fast cars, motorcycles, playing pool, and spending time with loved ones. Buddy was a member of the local ABATE of Madison County. Buddy is survived by his mother, Peggy J. Farrington of Alexandria, step-children Steve Gibbs, Jerry Gibbs and Kelli Miller, siblings Brenda Franklin, Billy Franklin, Bobby Stone, Belinda (Gary) Clark, Barbie Franklin, Donna Sanders, Marty (Todd) Stone, Jimmy Stone, Becky Franklin, Patrick Stone, and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, William Earl Franklin, and brother, Johnny Stone. A Celebration of Life will be held 5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 28th at the 40&8, 1600 S Rangeline Rd., Anderson, IN. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be sent to the Make a Wish Foundation, (www.wish.org) in his name.
