Pauline V. Kreigh, 99, of Greenfield, formerly of Anderson, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019 at Hancock Memorial Hospital. Pauline was born June 8, 1919 in Fishersburg, Indiana to Grover and Alice (Bennett) Castor. She attended Anderson High School and graduated in 1937. She worked at Indiana Bell Telephone Company as an operator, Instructor, and Supervisor for 29 years until her retirement in 1970. Pauline was a member of Whetstone Christian Church, and was a member of Whetstone Retirees. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grover and Alice Castor, husband Ross E. Kreigh; brother Richard Castor; sister Evelyn Brooks, and step son Glenn Kreigh. Surviving is step daughter Barbara (husband Gene) Bartrom; nieces Alice (husband Barry) Worman, and Janet (husband Greg) Chaney; great niece Kathleen Chaney, and great niece Danielle McCullough; several step grandchildren, several step great grandchildren, and several step great great grandchildren. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Pauline will be at Brown-Butz-Diedering Funeral Services Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
