Mr. Paul B. Dyer

A great patriarch of God went home to serve Jesus in Heaven. Paul B. Dyer of Anderson, currently of Parker City passed away at 1:45 a.m. on June 10, 2018. Paul was born March 25th.1931 in Anderson to Walter and Mary (McClinic) Dyer. Paul was proceeded in death by his parents; his first wife, Betty L. Dyer in 1983; also by his second wife, Marilyn K. Dyer in 2013; and Step daughter, Joy Gillespie. Paul retired from Delco Remy in 1996 after 44 1/2 years as a tool & die maker in which he received many awards in the 60’s and 80’s for innovations to improve machine performances. In 1965 he started Dyer’ s Garage Doors in which he owned and operated along with his first wife Betty until 1979. Survivors include his wife, Jewell J. (Helm) Dyer; son, Jeff (Kate) Dyer of Anderson; Step daughter, Jenni (Michael) Heinicke of Indianapolis; step son, Dan (Brenda) Owen of Indianapolis; Step son in law, Steven Gillespie of Indianapolis; Brother, Richard Dyer (Pat) of Florida; Granddaughter, Amanda Sims of Anderson; Grandson, Jason Dyer of Florida; Step Grandsons, Gary Creasey (Jacqueline) of Anderson and Mark (Amanda) of Indianapolis; step granddaughters, Jenny of Indianapolis, Hannah of Indianapolis, Bonnie and Brynne of Greenfield; great-grandchildren, Dakota, DaShaun and Cheyanne Sims of Anderson; Step Granddaughter, Jillian Heinicke; and Nephew, Gary Dyer of Florida. Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at Condo & St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory. Visitation will be from Noon until the time of services at the funeral home.
