Patricia L. (Stoner) Williams, 85, of Pendleton, passed away on April 9, 2018 after a long illness. She was born in Anderson, Indiana on October 2, 1932, to Lloyd A. and Vivian A. (Lemon) Stoner. She graduated from Anderson High School in 1950 and married Robert E. Williams on July 15, 1951, at First Presbyterian Church in Anderson. They made their home in Pendleton. Patricia worked at Delco Remy and Guide Lamp, Pendleton Community Library, and Famer in the Dell and Friendly Flock Preschools. She spent many years as a Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader in Pendleton and attended Pendleton First United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir and served the Friendly Flock Board of Directors.She is survived by husband, Robert; five children, Linda Newill, Suzan Dillery (Allan), Ellen Martinez (Jose), Laura Williams (Shaun Navis), Robert Williams, Jr. (Deca); 10 grandchildren, Robert Newill (Krista), Andrew Newill (Amanda), Kathryn Newill, Gina Buchanan (Justin), Patricia Gallegos (Brandon), Lucila Kaufman (Brian), Emilio Martinez, Jessamyn Navis, Lillian Williams, Lucas Williams; eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Richard Stoner (Berta) and Robert Stoner (Jeannie); and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Vivian Stoner; aunts, Geneva Jones and Berniece Rollins; brothers, William Stoner and George Albert Stoner; nieces, Beth Stoner and Barbara Stoner; and son-in-law, John Newill.Services will be held at Pendleton First United Methodist Church, 225 W. State St., Pendleton, Indiana 46064 on Saturday, April 14, 2018. Visitation begins at 9 a.m. with service to follow at 12 noon. Pastor Doug Walker will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to Pendleton Emergency Ambulance, Indiana Blood Center, Chronic Disease Fund or Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.Arrangements entrusted to Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 E.
