Patricia Kay Hazelbaker

Patricia Kay Hazelbaker, 45, Noblesville, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013, at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville following a brief illness. She was born on January 18, 1968, in Anderson, Indiana to Willie and Jean (Elsten) Flowers. Patricia had been employed as an assistant manager of the Speedway at state road 32 and 38 in Noblesville. She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Timothy Hazelbaker; four children, Amanda (husband, Corey) Hall, T. J. (wife, Kendra) Hazelbaker, Tosha Hazelbaker, and Travis Hazelbaker all of Noblesville; five grandchildren, Kayden, Elizabeth, and Meloni Hazelbaker, and Brayden and Corban Hall; five sisters, Cindy Sutton, Barbara Wright, Carol Isenhower, Donna Earlywine, and Leila Castor; and one brother, Jody Castor. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Kristopher Dallace Hazelbaker; and a sister, Rita Earlywine. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, September 21, 2013, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Pastor John Freed officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday, September 21, 2013, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
