Patricia Jean Ward: For I know that my Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last on earth; and after my skin is destroyed, this I know, that in my flesh I shall see God, whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another. How my heart yearns within me! (Job 19:25-27) Patty beheld her Redeemer October 2nd following a brief illness. Born November 1, 1958 to Ronald and Betty (Hatt) Ward in Anderson, she began her journey. A journey with various twists and turns, but affording her to become a licensed beautician and her dream of achieving her GED. But her real passion was being around people and animals and caring for them. Surviving to cherish her memory are her sisters; Sandy Ward, De (William) Hale, Julie Perkins, several nieces and nephews, and many treasured family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Services will be on Saturday at 1:00 pm at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013 with Pastor Darrell Nichols officiating. Cremation will take place. Visitation will take place from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
