Osa Leona Van Horn

Osa Leona Van Horn, 79, passed away December 7, 2015, at her residence in Noblesville.

She was born June 12, 1936, in Anderson to the late Earl Leroy & Della Mae Lemon. She retired from Brockway Glass after 24 years.

Survivors include her children, Ernest (Rachel) Van Horn, Terry (Lynn) Van Horn, Earl (Kathy Ballinger), Cheryl Van Horn, & Robin Collins; grandchildren, Misty (Bobby) Henderson, Michael Van Horn, Joey Van Horn, Amber (Miles) Orcutt, Nikki (Dan) Orcutt, Jenny Van Horn, Heather Van Horn, T.J. Van Horn, Brandy Van Horn, Roger Van Horn, Mindy Van Horn, Brandon Van Horn, Earl Van Horn, Jr., Ashley Van Horn, Billie Van Horn, Crystal Van Horn, Arianna Van Horn, Dietra Richter, & Shauna Major; great grandchildren, Jesse & Jacob Henderson, Michaela, Dawna, Sarah, Precious, & Nevaeh Van Horn, Tony Orcutt, Joanna Lynn & Madilyn Grace Hershburger.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest J. Van Horn; and daughter, Cheryl Cook.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 9, at East Maplewood Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory.
