Olive E. Tunget Williams, 96, of Anderson, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Rawlins House after an extended illness
She was born April 16, 1918, in Logansport, the daughter of Harry C. and Elizabeth (Kennell) Farrer and has lived in Anderson most of her life.
Olive was a member of Anderson High School Class of 1935. She was a member of East Lynn Christian Church and the Ruth Group at the church. She loved traveling and shopping and playing euchre as a member of the Golden-Aires.
Olive is survived by her children, Larry Lee (Nannette) Tunget, Patricia A. Provence and Carol L. Garrison; grandchildren, David B. (Joyce) Brandon, Tony L. (Amy) Brandon, Alisa M. (Daniel) Marvin and Michelle L. (David) Dotson; great-grandchildren, Barbara Brandon, Jesse (Mindy) Brandon, Damon Dotson, Zackary Dotson, Justin (Ally) Marvin, Shelby Marvin, Jonathan Ripperdan and Nicholas Brandon; and great-great-grandson, Jaydon Brandon
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert L. Tunget and her second husband, Dale E. Williams, her three siblings and her son-in-law, Leroy Provence.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Rev. Mike Weber officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
