Norma C, Wells

Norma C. Wells, 78, Muncie, passed away Friday, May 22, 2009, at Parker Health and Rehabilitation Center in Parker City following an extended illness.
She was born on January 7, 1931, in Lapel, Indiana to David and Eula (Clonch) Bodenhorn.
She graduated from Lapel High School in 1949.
Norma retired from Ball State University as a curricular adviser after 43 years of employment. She organized and led many bus tours through her tour company, Sonshine Tours
She was a member of the Riverside United Methodist Church in Muncie.
She is survived by her son, Brian Wells of Muncie; and her favorite cat, Samantha.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Deborah Wells; and a brother, Kenneth Bodenhorn.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Rev. Harold Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 26, 2009, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
