Nancy Jo Fogt

Nancy Jo Fogt, 53, passed away September 7, 2014. She was born June 21, 1961, in Anderson.

Nancy worked at Kid’s Connection at South Madison Community Schools. She had previously attended Primitive Baptist Church in Lapel. Nancy loved to cook. She also loved the beach and spent any opportunity available by Lake Michigan.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Eldon Fogt; daughters, Andrea Fogt and Ashley (husband, Mike) Fredericks; mother, Vera “Margaret” King; brother, Brian King; granddaughter, Molly Fredericks; nieces, Paige King & Abbie Hahn; other family, Beverly Gipson, Billy Gipson, Donna Gipson, and Debbie Gipson; and her beloved four-legged companion, Lexie. She was preceded in death by her father, John King; Harold Garrett, Sr and Harold Garrett, Jr.

Services will be at 10 am Friday, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory. Burial will be at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
