Jeneda Butler, 89, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2022.

She was born June 15, 1932, in Cumberland County, Kentucky to the late Wash & Hattie (Cheatham) Riddle.

Jeneda loved gardening, sewing, quilting, and was known as a magnificent cook.

She is survived by her children, Janet (husband, Mark) Strahlendorf & Randell (wife, Cathy) Hedge; grandchildren, Jeffrey (wife, LeeAnn) Strahlendorf, Jamie (husband, Kent) Sypniewski, & Jenna Hedge; great grandchildren, Ethan & Hudson Strahlendorf; and several nieces & nephews. Preceding her death were husband of 21 years, Clester Butler; siblings, Clyde, Jimmy, Ray, Donald, Ida Mae, Hazel, Nina, and twin sister, Jelotta.

Services will be at 1 pm Friday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory. Burial will be at East Maplewood Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 am until the time of services at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital https://www.stjude.org/donate/donate-to-st-jude.html
