Michael “Big Mike” Bradley, Pendleton, passed away March 21, 2019 at Community Hospital Anderson following an extended illness.He was born August 12, 1966 in Noblesville, the son of Theodore and Shirley (Koester) Bradley and lived in the area most of his life. Upon his graduation from Lapel High School as a member of the Class of 1985, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served his country for four years. After returning home from the Army he worked at Hardees for 12 years until he became too ill to continue to work.He loved sports, including NASCAR, as long as Rusty Wallace was driving, the L.A. Dodgers, but mostly he loved the Chicago Bears, much to the dismay of his dad who was a Green Bay Packers fan.Survivors include his mother, Shirley Bradley of Pendleton; sisters, Nancy (Derek) McKechnie of Pendleton and Cathy Rentas of Anderson; nephews, Sean and Justin McKechnie and Aiden and Blake Rentas; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and his second family at Lindberg Crossing Senior Living.He was preceded in death by his father, Theodore Bradley.Services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday March 26, 2019 at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory – Lahm Chapel, 211 E State St., Pendleton. Inunrnment will be at a later date at Grove Lawn Cemetery, Pendleton.Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
