Mary Lou Mcmillan

Mary Lou McMillan, 76, Ellenton, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2010, at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL following a sudden illness.
She was born on December 8, 1933, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Herbert and Cordelia (Hobbs) Taylor.
Mary Lou enjoyed crocheting, knitting, reading, cooking, and collecting light houses but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by three children, Hope (husband, Bruce) Bagley of Zephyrhills, FL, Larry Edwards of Zephyrhills, FL, Gary (wife, Riza) McMillan of Evansville, IN; seven grandchildren, Amber(husband, Darrell) Harper, Jada Etchison, Chad Edwards (wife, Mary Ellen), Carrie Edwards, Katrina McMillan, Tia(husband Paul) Vondersaar, and Mike(wife Stephanie) Bagley; fourteen great-grandchildren; Morgan Harper, Taylor Eytchison-Harper, Tyler Eytchison, Jared and, Jaci Etchison, Katie and Nick Harper, Nathan Edwards, Caleb and Chelsey Pilkington, Cooper and Phoenix Vondersaar,Taber and Traven Bagley and two sisters, Clara Ford of Pendleton and Freida Powell of Beckville, TX.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Billy C. McMillan of 53 years; her parents; her great-grandson, Jacob Etchison; two sisters, Dorthea Townsend, Phyllis Finch and two brothers, Herb and Dave Taylor.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, June 9, 2010, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Rev. Richard Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
