Mary Ann Stevens

Mary Ann Stevens, 75, of Anderson passed away on October 16, 2021 at Community Hospital Anderson following a brief illness. She was born July 31, 1946 in Anderson and lived here her entire life. On November 28, 1965 she married Leonard Stevens and together they raised their family. Mary was an active member of Liberty Grove Baptists Church where she participated in Bible study. She loved to crochet and shopping, but mostly spending time with her family. In addition to Leonard, she is survived by her children, Michael (Carolyn) Stevens of Anderson and Cheryl (Brian) Haisley of Daleville; 4 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and brother, John (Debbie) Talbert. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Katheryn (Biddle) Talbert and her sister, Linda Talbert. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, October 27, 2020 at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Pastor Hervey Lawrence officiating.
