Martha Sue Prichard

Martha Sue Prichard, 80, of Pendleton, passed away at St Vincent Indianapolis Hospital. She was born March 2, 1936, in Anderson, the daughter of the late Clarance and Martha (Dowden) Morgan. Sue was a lifelong Pendleton resident and had worked for Delco-Remy for 33 years before retiring in 2001. She enjoyed playing and coaching softball and bowling on the Delco-Remy bowling leagues. She also liked to go to Falls Park to interact with the people and animals. However her real passion was her family. She always enjoyed family activities and playing games with the grandkids. Sue is survived by her children, Teresa Montes of Fishers, and Kevin (Alpha) Broshears of Anderson; grandchildren, Jordan Montes, Taylor Montes, Matthew Montes, Daniel Montes, Korey Broshears, Johnathan Baker, Keli Humphries and Cayle Crown-Weber: great grandchildren, Noah and Emily; brothers and sisters, Betty Banks of Anderson, Richard Morgan of Anderson, Jackie (Betty) Morgan of Florida, Judy (Jack) Roberts of Kentucky, and Janice Morgan of Anderson. She was preceded by a son-in-law Dan Montes; and brothers and sisters, Bernice, James, Harry, Junior, JoAnn, and Larry. Services will be 2 pm Friday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Chaplin Rob Mifflin officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park.
