Ms. Marilyn Jean Tracy

Marilyn Jean Tracy, 78, passed away peacefully, Sunday, October 9, 2016, at her Anderson residence. She was born April 30, 1938, in Anderson. Marilyn attended Cardinal Stritch University, where she excelled in her major of Psychology. Marilyn enjoyed traveling through Europe and Mexico. She was a ceramic artist who exhibited her ceramics in many art shows throughout the country. She also loved spending her time at the casino. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny & Irene (Honkala) Harp; sister, Joyce Hurd; and nephew, David Hurd. She is survived by her niece, Susan (Tom) Gourley; nephew, Neil (Becky) Hurd; and brother-in-law, Max Hurd. Marilyn is also survived by her great nieces, Ava & Ella Gourley, whom she will always be “Mimi” to. Private services have been entrusted to Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory.
