MARGARET "MAGGIE" LOUISE PHILBERT
Maggie was born 11-25-62 to William "Ed" and Elaine Rodgers. She died on July 9, 2019 at IU North Hospital after a 4 year battle with lung cancer. Maggie is survived by her only child Amanda King and her son in love, Scott of Lapel; 4 grandchildren, Kaley, Chrystal, Amber, Ryley and 2 great grandchildren Nicole and Ryan King. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Connie Power of Anderson, Sherry McGraw of Florida, a brother William "Buddy" Rodgers as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and her four legged companion, Gracie. Maggie was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, several relatives and close friends.Maggie had one last message for people "dont smokequit smokingits not worth it". Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society, IU Health Systems, or any Veterans organization of your choice. A private celebration of life will be held by her family at a later time.
