Lisa L. Jones, 54, of Anderson, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Edgewater Woods in Anderson, IN following a brief illness.


She was born on August 30, 1969, in Anderson, Indiana to Charles Widener and Janet (Imel) Runyon.


She was a graduate of Madison Heights High School. She had worked as a bartender at South Park Tavern and managed several other restaurants.


She loved to float on the river, go camping and fishing, and go on motorcycle rides. She loved the outdoors. She also loved to cook.


Lisa is survived by three children, Trevor Odell, Taylor Hubble (Arabia) and Matthew Hubble Jr.; two sisters, Teresa (Chuck) Dollard and Juanita (Bob) Wolfgang; two brothers, Robert Widener and Norman Imel; three grandchildren, Sophia, Avery and Lay'ana; her former husband, Kelly Jones; and several nieces and nephews.


She was preceded in death by her parents and her children's father, Matthew Hubble.


A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 10, 2024, at Bozell Funeral Homes, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel, Indiana 46051 with Pastor Andy Cole officiating. Cremation will follow.


Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday, May 10, 2024, at the funeral home.


Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home for the family.
