Lindle Lee Clark, 96, of Anderson, Indiana passed away October 21, 2019 at his home.He was born January 15, 1923 in Gideon, Missouri and was an Anderson resident most of his life.Lindle was an Anderson High School graduate and World War Two Army veteran serving in Europe. He received the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and medal of recognition from France for his service.Lindle retired from Guide following 44 years of service and had been employed at Hoosier Park Casino. He enjoyed leather crafting.He was was preceded in death by his wife, Muriel Irene (Bentz) Clark; twin brother, Jay; and brother, Jack.Survivors include children, Larry Lee Clark of Pendleton, Elaine McKinney and William Paul Clark; grandchildren, Shannon Speath, Larry Lee, Jr. and Lisa; and three great grandchildren.Services: 1 p.m., Friday, October 25, 2019 at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 E. State St., Pendleton, Indiana 46064 with Pastor Claude Creel officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Anderson Memorial Park cemetery.Visitation will be two hours prior to services at Lahm Chapel., Pendleton.
